One-on-one professional therapy sessions with a qualified counsellor, helping you navigate life's challenges in a safe and private setting.

Forms of personal growth

We offer a range of different forms of therapy. The therapy sessions can be with qualified counsellors, trainee counsellors and couple therapists. The sessions are accessible face to face, remote sessions and telephone.

Low cost one-on-one sessions with a trainee counsellor while working on their client hours. While they help support you process, make changes in your life, in a safe and confidential space.
